Possible Causes
Failed current sensing resistor on main PCB, Damaged current sensor IC, Corroded PCB traces from moisture, Incorrect motor load calibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery and do not continue cycling the unit on and off, as this may stress components.
- Check for moisture damage: Inspect the exterior for signs of liquid spills or use in very humid environments. If the vacuum was exposed to water, do not use it; have it professionally inspected.
- Soft reset: Leave the battery out for 10 minutes, then reinstall and test. If E11 persists, the issue is likely on the control PCB.
- No user-serviceable parts: The current sensing components are on the main control board and require electronic repair skills.
- Resolution: Replace the main control PCB or complete motor unit through an authorized Groupe SEB service center.
