Floor head is difficult to push on carpet or feels like it is sticking.

Safety: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.

• Check floor mode: If the head has a hard floor/carpet selector, set it appropriately.
• Examine brush roll: Remove debris that may be dragging on the carpet.
• Replace worn parts: Install new wheels or a new floor head if rolling resistance remains high.
