Possible Causes

Broken trigger spring, Dirt or debris around trigger, Worn plastic pivot, Internal microswitch failure

Safety: Remove the battery before working on the handle.

Clean around trigger: Use a dry brush or compressed air to remove dust from around the trigger mechanism.
Check movement: Gently work the trigger back and forth to free minor sticking.
Disassembly (advanced): If comfortable and out of warranty, open the handle housing to inspect the trigger spring and microswitch. Replace damaged parts.
