Possible Causes
Clogged cyclone assembly, Torn or missing dust bin gasket, Blocked wand or crevice tool, HEPA filter saturated with fine dust
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before cleaning.
- Inspect the entire airflow path: Detach the dust bin, wand, and nozzle. Look through each section for blockages and remove any debris.
- Clean cyclone and bin: Remove the cyclone insert and brush off dust from the mesh and cones. Wipe the bin with a dry cloth.
- Check gaskets and seals: Inspect the rubber gasket between the bin and motor unit, and around the filter housing. Replace if cracked, flattened, or missing.
- Service filters: Clean or replace the pre-motor and HEPA filters according to the manual. Never operate without filters installed.
- Reassemble carefully: Ensure all parts click firmly into place to maintain airtight seals.
