Vacuum runs for only a few minutes on a full charge before shutting off.

Safety: Remove the battery before inspection.

• Confirm charge: Fully charge the battery until the charger indicates completion.
• Test on low power: Run the vacuum on the lowest setting and time the runtime. Compare with the specification in the user manual.
• Check for overheating: If the battery becomes very hot quickly, discontinue use.
• Resolution: If runtime is significantly below spec and the battery is more than 2–3 years old or heavily used, replace it with an original Groupe SEB battery pack.
