How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before cleaning.
- Thoroughly clean dust bin: Empty and wash the bin with mild soap and water if allowed by the manual. Dry completely.
- Clean or replace filters: Wash washable filters and let them dry for at least 24 hours. Replace non-washable filters that retain odor.
- Check for moisture: Ensure the vacuum has not been used to pick up liquids. If it has, internal parts may be contaminated and require service.
- Regular maintenance: Empty the bin after each use and clean filters on the schedule recommended by Groupe SEB.
