Possible Causes
Completely discharged or failed battery, Faulty charger, Broken power trigger switch, Internal fuse blown on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not attempt to open the battery pack.
- Check charger and outlet: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm power. Verify the charger's indicator light turns on when connected to the battery.
- Charge fully: Leave the battery on the charger for several hours.
- Test with another battery: If available, try a known-good Groupe SEB battery. If the vacuum powers on, the original battery is faulty.
- Inspect trigger: Ensure the trigger or power button moves freely and is not physically broken.
- If still dead: The internal fuse or main PCB may have failed. Have the unit serviced; do not bypass fuses.
