Possible Causes
Vacuum set to low power mode, Partially clogged filters reducing airflow, Battery charge level low causing automatic power reduction
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning filters or the bin.
Steps to try:
- Check power setting: On models with a power selector, switch between normal and max modes. Confirm that the slow green pulse corresponds to eco mode.
- Clean filters: Remove and clean the pre‑motor and post‑motor filters as per the user manual. Allow them to dry fully before refitting.
- Fully charge battery: Place the battery on the original Gtech charger until the charge indicator shows full. Low charge can cause automatic power reduction.
- Inspect for blockages: Check the tube and floor head for partial blockages that can reduce suction even in eco mode.
