Vacuum has very weak suction but the motor sounds normal.

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the bin and filters.

Steps to try:

• Empty and clean bin: Remove the bin, empty it fully, and tap the cyclone gently to remove fine dust.
• Check filters: Remove the pre‑motor filter and clean or wash as specified by Gtech. Ensure it is completely dry before refitting.
• Inspect tube and tools: Look through the extension tube and any tools for blockages. Push out debris with a broom handle if needed.
• Check seals: Inspect the rubber seal between the bin and main body. If it is torn, flattened, or missing, replace the bin or seal to restore suction.
