Cordless vacuum attachments (crevice tool, brush) have very weak suction compared to floor nozzle

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack.

• Test without tool: Remove the attachment and feel suction directly at the wand or accessory port. If strong, the tool is clogged.
• Clean tools: Inspect the crevice tool and dusting brush for blockages and clean thoroughly.
• Check seals: Ensure the accessory clicks firmly into place and that any rubber seals are intact.
• Diverter valve: If suction is weak at the accessory port but strong at the nozzle, an internal diverter or selector may be stuck. This requires opening the body; seek service if cleaning external parts does not help.
