Cordless vacuum vibrates excessively, especially when using the floor nozzle

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack.

• Clean brush roll thoroughly: Remove all hair and debris from the brush roll. Pay attention to one side not being more loaded than the other.
• Inspect for warping: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles or appears bent, replace it.
• Check bristles: Look for missing or severely worn bristles on one side, which can cause imbalance.
• Reassemble and test: After cleaning or replacing the brush roll, reinstall the nozzle and test. Persistent vibration indicates the need for a new brush roll assembly.
