Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off the vacuum and remove the battery pack before inspecting for blockages.
- Check for clogs: Detach the floor nozzle, extension pipe, and dust cup. Look through each section for debris (hair, paper, toys) and remove obstructions by hand or with a non‑metallic tool.
- Clean filters: Remove the pre‑motor filter and cyclone filter assembly. Tap gently over a trash bin to remove dust. If the manual allows, rinse the filter with lukewarm water and let it dry completely (24 hours) before reinstalling.
- Inspect the motor air path: With the dust cup removed, look into the suction inlet toward the motor. Remove any visible debris without inserting metal tools into the motor housing.
- Test without nozzle: Reinstall the battery and run the vacuum with only the main body (no pipe or nozzle). If E2 does not appear, the blockage is in the nozzle or pipe. If E2 still appears quickly, the motor or control PCB may be failing.
If the vacuum still shows E2 after thorough cleaning and runs only for a few seconds, the suction motor assembly or main control PCB likely needs replacement by a qualified technician.
