Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the nozzle.
- Inspect wiring: Check the visible cable between the nozzle and extension pipe for cuts or pinching.
- Tap test: Reattach the nozzle, run the vacuum, and gently tap the nozzle. If LEDs flicker, there is a loose connection inside.
Accessing the LED wiring usually requires opening the nozzle housing. If you are not experienced with small appliance repair, replacing the entire nozzle is safer than attempting PCB‑level repair.
