Vacuum produces a rattling or clunking noise from the floor nozzle.

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the nozzle.

• Open nozzle: Remove the brush roll and inspect the interior for small objects (stones, screws, toys).
• Check wheels: Spin the front and rear wheels. Replace the nozzle if wheels are broken or seized.
• Inspect brush ends: Ensure end caps are intact and not cracked.

If internal plastic parts are broken or the housing is cracked, replacing the entire motorized nozzle is usually the most effective repair.
