Vacuum does not stand securely in the wall mount or falls off easily

Safety first: Ensure the wall mount is fixed into suitable wall anchors and not just plasterboard.

Steps to improve docking stability:

• 1. Check installation: Verify that the wall mount is level and secured with appropriate screws and wall plugs as per Hoover Candy instructions.
• 2. Inspect hooks and recess: Look for wear or cracks on the dock hooks and the mating recess on the vacuum. Replace the dock if hooks are worn.
• 3. Tighten fixings: Tighten any loose screws on the dock and wall.
