Vacuum is excessively loud at the floor head, rattling or knocking noises when moving over the floor

Safety first: Remove the battery pack and detach the floor head.

Steps to reduce noise:

• 1. Check brushroll fit: Remove and refit the brushroll, ensuring both ends are fully seated in their sockets.
• 2. Inspect end caps: Spin the brushroll ends by hand. Replace the brushroll if there is excessive play or grinding.
• 3. Clean wheels: Remove hair and debris from the front and rear wheels of the nozzle. Ensure they spin freely.
• 4. Inspect housing: Look for cracks or broken internal supports that could allow parts to vibrate. Replace the nozzle if the housing is damaged.
