Vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal.

Possible Causes
Dust bin overfilled, Cyclone separator clogged with fine dust, Blocked wand or hose, Misinstalled or saturated pre‑motor filter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove it from the charger before disassembly.
- Empty the bin: Remove and empty the dust bin. Tap it gently to dislodge compacted debris.
- Clean cyclone assembly: Detach the cyclone unit from the bin (if separate). Use a soft brush to remove fine dust from the cyclone cones and mesh screens. Do not wash unless the manual explicitly allows it.
- Check wand and hose: Look through the wand and any flexible hose for blockages. Push out clogs with a blunt, non‑sharp rod.
- Service filters: Remove the pre‑motor filter and HEPA filter. Tap gently to remove dust; wash only if labeled washable and dry completely before reinstalling.
- Inspect seals: Ensure all gaskets and seals between the bin, cyclone, and motor housing are intact and seated properly to prevent air leaks.
