Possible Causes
Worn or misaligned nozzle wheels, Overly tight floor seal, Brushroll too low, Debris jammed in height adjustment (if present)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum before adjusting the nozzle.
- Check nozzle wheels: Inspect front and rear wheels for hair or debris that prevents them from rolling freely. Clean thoroughly.
- Inspect floor seal: Look at the rubber strip along the front or rear of the nozzle. If it is curled under or deformed, it can cause drag; replace if damaged.
- Use lower power mode: On thick carpets, use a lower suction mode to reduce floor adhesion.
- Replace nozzle if worn: If wheels are worn flat or the housing is warped, replace the motorized nozzle assembly.
