Possible Causes
Uneven hair wrapped around brushroll, Bent brush shaft, Missing brush bristles on one side, Debris lodged in nozzle wheels
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before working on the nozzle.
- Remove and clean brushroll: Take out the brushroll and remove all hair and threads, paying attention to even cleaning along its length.
- Inspect for straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles or appears bent, it is imbalanced and should be replaced.
- Check nozzle wheels: Spin the front and rear wheels of the nozzle. Remove any wrapped hair or debris that could cause vibration.
- Replace brushroll: If vibration persists after cleaning, install a new genuine iRobot brushroll.
