F2 code on display, vacuum runs but LED lights on floorhead flicker or do not work

Safety first: Remove the battery and disconnect all accessories before inspection.

• Step 1 – Inspect tube contacts: Look at the electrical contacts at both ends of the Jimmy extension tube. Clean with a dry cloth and ensure they are not bent or recessed.
• Step 2 – Check floorhead connector: Inspect the plug on the motorized floorhead for bent pins or damage.
• Step 3 – Test without LEDs: If possible, connect a different Jimmy motorized tool (e.g., mattress head). If F2 disappears, the original floorhead LED or wiring is likely shorted.
• Step 4 – Replace damaged accessory: Replace the motorized floorhead or extension tube if their wiring is damaged.
• Step 5 – PCB repair: If F2 persists with all accessories removed, the accessory power driver circuit on the main PCB may be faulty and requires board replacement.
