How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charger from the wall before inspecting it. Do not use a damaged charger.
- Step 1 – Check power outlet: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm power is present.
- Step 2 – Inspect charger and cable: Look for cuts, kinks, or burn marks on the Jimmy charger cable. If damaged, replace the charger immediately.
