Partial Blockage / Cyclone Imbalance Fault
F6 code, vacuum runs but makes a high-pitched whine, suction lower than normal

Possible Causes
Fine dust packed inside cyclone cones, Debris lodged in motor inlet mesh, Damaged or missing cyclone seals, Warped cyclone causing air leak
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and dust cup before cleaning internal parts.
- Step 1 – Deep clean cyclone: Remove the cyclone assembly from the dust cup. Use a soft brush to clean each cone and mesh thoroughly. If washable, rinse under cold water and let dry completely for 24 hours.
- Step 2 – Inspect inlet mesh: Look at the metal or plastic mesh at the motor inlet behind the cyclone. Remove any lint or debris with a soft brush.
- Step 3 – Check seals: Inspect rubber seals around the cyclone base and dust cup. Replace if cracked or deformed.
- Step 4 – Reassemble carefully: Ensure the cyclone is seated correctly and the dust cup locks firmly into place.
- Step 5 – Test suction: If F6 persists and suction remains low, the cyclone assembly may be warped or the motor fan may be damaged, requiring replacement.
