Vacuum runs for only a few minutes on a full charge, no error code

Safety first: Do not open the battery pack. Handle lithium batteries carefully.

• Step 1 – Fully charge: Charge the battery until the charger indicates full. Leave it on the charger for an extra 30 minutes to balance cells.
• Step 2 – Test runtime: Use the vacuum in standard mode on hard floor and time the runtime. Compare with the specification in the Jimmy manual.
• Step 3 – Reduce load: Clean filters and remove blockages to reduce current draw, then retest runtime.
• Step 4 – Replace battery: If runtime remains significantly below spec, replace the Jimmy lithium battery pack with a genuine part.
• Step 5 – Battery care: For the new pack, avoid storing fully empty, and keep it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
