Possible Causes
Unbalanced brushroll due to hair buildup, Warped brushroll, Damaged motor fan, Loose motor mounts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting moving parts.
- Step 1 – Clean brushroll: Remove the floorhead and brushroll. Clear all hair and debris, especially from one side which can cause imbalance.
- Step 2 – Check brushroll straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles, replace it.
- Step 3 – Test handheld alone: Run the vacuum without the floorhead. If vibration persists, the motor or fan is imbalanced.
- Step 4 – Inspect motor mounts (advanced): Open the body and ensure the motor is firmly seated in its rubber mounts.
- Step 5 – Replace part: Replace the brushroll or main motor assembly depending on which component is causing the vibration.
