Cordless vacuum blows dust out of the exhaust or around the filter area

Safety first: Remove the battery and avoid breathing the dust.

• Verify filter installation: Ensure the HEPA or exhaust filter is present, oriented correctly, and fully seated in its frame.
• Inspect seals: Check rubber gaskets around the filter and container for tears or deformation. Replace if damaged.
• Check for cracks: Look for cracks in the filter frame or housing that could allow unfiltered air to escape.
• Replace filter: If the filter media is torn or the frame is warped, install a new original Kärcher filter.
