Cordless vacuum intermittently cuts out when the wand is moved or twisted

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting connectors.

• Reproduce the fault: With the vacuum running (battery installed), gently move the wand and nozzle to see if movement causes cut‑outs. Then remove the battery.
• Inspect connectors: Detach the wand and nozzle. Check for bent pins, corrosion, or looseness. Clean and reseat firmly.
• Check cable (if visible): Look for kinks, crushed sections, or exposed wires along the wand. Replace the wand if damage is found.
• Replace affected assembly: If movement consistently causes power loss and connectors appear intact, the internal cable is likely broken and the wand or nozzle should be replaced.
