Cordless vacuum leaves lines of debris and does not pick up well from carpets

Safety first: Remove the battery before working on the floor nozzle.

• Inspect brush roller: Remove the roller and check bristles. If they are worn down, uneven, or missing, replace the roller with a Kärcher original.
• Check rotation: Ensure the roller spins freely by hand. Clean hair and fibers from the ends and bearings.
• Clean nozzle air path: Look inside the nozzle for blockages in the suction channel. Remove any debris.
• Adjust height (if available): Set the nozzle to the correct floor type (carpet vs hard floor) so the brush contacts the surface properly.
