Possible Causes
Aged Li‑Ion battery with reduced capacity, Battery not fully charged, High resistance at battery contacts, Internal battery cell imbalance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use only original Kärcher batteries and chargers.
- Fully charge battery: Charge the battery until the charger indicates full. Then test the vacuum on low power first.
- Test with another battery: If available, try a second Kärcher battery. If the vacuum runs normally, the original battery is failing and should be replaced.
- Clean contacts: Wipe the battery and vacuum contacts with a dry cloth. Ensure the battery locks firmly into place.
- Monitor runtime: If runtime is significantly shorter than specified even after full charge, replace the battery pack.
