Cordless vacuum shuts off after a few seconds of use with no error code displayed

Safety first: Use only original Kärcher batteries and chargers.

• Fully charge battery: Charge the battery until the charger indicates full. Then test the vacuum on low power first.
• Test with another battery: If available, try a second Kärcher battery. If the vacuum runs normally, the original battery is failing and should be replaced.
• Clean contacts: Wipe the battery and vacuum contacts with a dry cloth. Ensure the battery locks firmly into place.
• Monitor runtime: If runtime is significantly shorter than specified even after full charge, replace the battery pack.
