Cordless vacuum’s charging indicator flashes but battery does not gain charge

Safety first: Use only original Kärcher chargers and batteries. Do not attempt to open the battery.

• Check environment: Charge the battery at room temperature (around 20°C). Extremely cold or hot conditions can prevent charging.
• Clean contacts: Wipe charger and battery contacts with a dry cloth.
• Test charger with another battery: If another battery charges normally, the original battery is faulty. If no batteries charge, replace the charger.
• Replace battery: If the battery consistently fails to charge despite a working charger, replace the battery pack.
