Possible Causes
Battery pack internal fault, Charger unable to reach correct voltage, Dirty or damaged charging contacts, Battery temperature outside allowed range
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use only original Kärcher chargers and batteries. Do not attempt to open the battery.
- Check environment: Charge the battery at room temperature (around 20°C). Extremely cold or hot conditions can prevent charging.
- Clean contacts: Wipe charger and battery contacts with a dry cloth.
- Test charger with another battery: If another battery charges normally, the original battery is faulty. If no batteries charge, replace the charger.
- Replace battery: If the battery consistently fails to charge despite a working charger, replace the battery pack.
