Cordless vacuum’s dust container door will not close or pops open during use

Safety first: Remove the battery and empty the container before working on the flap.

• Clean hinge and seal: Remove all dust and debris from the flap hinge and sealing surfaces. Wipe with a dry cloth.
• Inspect latch hook: Check the small plastic hook or catch that holds the flap closed. If cracked or worn, it may not hold under suction.
• Check for warping: Ensure the flap aligns evenly with the container. Warped plastic may prevent proper sealing.
• Replace container: If the latch or flap is damaged, replace the entire dust container assembly.
