Possible Causes
Shorted transistor or MOSFET on nozzle PCB, Firmware glitch in LED control, Moisture causing leakage current, Crossed wiring in nozzle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery to prevent discharge and avoid leaving the unit unattended.
- Power reset: Remove the battery for several minutes, then reinstall and check if the LEDs behave normally.
- Inspect for moisture: Check the nozzle for signs of liquid. Allow to dry thoroughly if moisture is present.
- Test with another nozzle: If available, connect a different Kärcher nozzle. If the issue disappears, the original nozzle PCB is faulty.
- Replace nozzle: Replace the powered nozzle assembly if the LED driver is stuck on.
