LED Lighting Circuit Fault
Cordless vacuum shows E13 and the LED work light flickers or does not turn on

Possible Causes
Shorted or open LED strip in floor nozzle, Damaged LED wiring harness, Faulty LED driver on nozzle PCB, Corroded connector at nozzle joint
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the nozzle or wiring.
- Inspect LED strip: Look at the LED strip on the front of the Kärcher nozzle. Check for broken segments, burn marks, or moisture under the lens.
- Check connectors: Detach the nozzle and inspect the electrical contacts. Clean gently with a dry cloth. Ensure the nozzle clicks firmly into place when reattached.
- Test without LEDs (if possible): Some models allow operation even if LEDs fail. If the vacuum works normally aside from lighting, you can continue using it, but the LED strip or nozzle may eventually need replacement.
- Replace LED/nozzle: If the LEDs are physically damaged or shorted, replace the LED strip or the entire nozzle assembly according to Kärcher parts availability.
