Vacuum displays E7 and the brushroll will not spin, though suction works

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before disconnecting the wand or floor head.

• Check wand connections: Detach the wand from the main body and floor head. Inspect the electrical contacts at both ends for dirt or oxidation. Clean gently with a dry cloth.
• Inspect for damage: Look for cracks in the wand or exposed wires. If the wand is bent or damaged, replace it.
• Test direct connection (if design allows): Some Levoit models allow the floor head to connect directly to the main body without the wand. Try this configuration; if the brushroll works, the wand wiring is faulty.
• Check floor head contacts: Inspect the contacts on the floor head neck. Clean and ensure they spring back properly.
• If E7 persists with all configurations: The brushroll motor or control electronics are likely faulty. Replace the motorized floor head or have the main PCB inspected by a technician.
