Possible Causes
Misaligned tilt sensor on main PCB, Loose internal connector, Firmware glitch in orientation detection, Physical damage from drop
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before any inspection.
- Reset orientation: Place the vacuum upright on a flat surface. Remove the battery for 5 minutes, then reinstall and power on without moving it for 30 seconds.
- Avoid extreme angles: Test the vacuum while keeping it closer to upright. If F4 only appears at extreme angles, the sensor may be out of calibration.
- Check for impact damage: If F4 started after a drop, inspect the housing for cracks or separation.
- If F4 persists in normal use: The internal tilt sensor or PCB is likely faulty and requires replacement by a technician.
