How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dock before cleaning or inspection.
- Clean dock contacts: Wipe the metal contacts on the dock and vacuum with a dry cloth or cotton swab with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol. Let dry.
- Power cycle dock: Unplug the dock for 1 minute, then plug it back in to reset its electronics.
- Reseat vacuum: Place the vacuum on the dock carefully, ensuring full contact and alignment.
- Check for firmware updates: If your Levoit model supports app connectivity, check the app for firmware updates for both vacuum and dock.
- If F7 persists: The dock PCB or communication module may be defective and should be replaced.
