How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before working on the handle or buttons.
- Clean around button: Use a dry cloth or soft brush to remove dust around the button edges.
- Exercise the switch: Press the button repeatedly to free minor sticking.
- Check for liquid damage: If the vacuum was exposed to liquids, do not continue use. Internal corrosion may be present.
- Replace switch assembly: If the button still fails intermittently, the handle switch assembly or microswitch on the PCB should be replaced by a technician.
