Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning or inspection.

Clean filters and dust cup: Empty the dust cup and clean all filters thoroughly as per Levoit instructions. Ensure they are completely dry before reinstalling.
Check battery fit: Inspect the battery latch and rails. Ensure the battery does not wobble when installed.
Test runtime on low power: Run the vacuum on the lowest setting. If it runs longer on low but shuts off quickly on high, the battery may be weak.
Try a different battery (if available): If the vacuum runs normally with another battery, replace the original pack.
If issue persists with good battery and clean filters: The main motor may be failing and should be replaced by a technician.
