Battery does not hold charge when the vacuum is stored on the LG charging stand; vacuum is often dead when needed.

• 2. Check stand connections: Confirm the power adapter is fully inserted into the stand and wall. Inspect the stand contacts for dust or corrosion and clean gently.
• 3. Test direct charging: If your model allows, charge the battery directly with the adapter, bypassing the stand. If it charges normally, the stand is faulty.
• 4. Evaluate battery age: If the battery is more than 2–3 years old and loses charge quickly even after a full charge, replace the battery pack.
