Possible Causes
Clogged pre-filter, Clogged HEPA exhaust filter, Blocked cyclone assembly, Obstruction in wand or floor nozzle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning filters or clearing blockages.
- 1. Empty the dust bin: Detach the dust bin from the main body and empty it completely. Tap gently to dislodge compacted debris.
- 2. Clean the pre-filter: Remove the foam or mesh pre-filter from the cyclone assembly. Tap it over a trash can to remove dust. If the manual allows, rinse with lukewarm water only, then air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
- 3. Inspect and clean the HEPA filter: Remove the rear HEPA or fine dust filter. Tap gently to remove dust. Do not wash if the manual specifies "non-washable". Replace if heavily soiled or damaged.
- 4. Check for clogs: Look through the wand tube toward a light source. Remove any visible blockages with a long, non-sharp object. Inspect the inlet at the dust bin and the motorized nozzle neck for hair or debris.
- 5. Reassemble and test: Once all filters are dry and reinstalled, reattach the battery and test. If E03 persists with clean filters and no clogs, the airflow sensor or pressure switch may be faulty and requires service.
