Possible Causes
Loose internal wiring harness, Faulty main control PCB, Damaged mode switch or trigger PCB, Moisture ingress into electronics
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and do not operate the vacuum if there are signs of liquid damage.
- 1. Power reset: Remove the battery for at least 60 seconds. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (with battery removed) to discharge residual power. Reinstall the battery and test.
- 2. Inspect for moisture: Check the main body vents and around the display for signs of water or condensation. If the unit was used on wet surfaces or exposed to spills, do not power it on. Allow it to dry in a warm, dry room for 24–48 hours.
- 3. Check external switches: Ensure the power button and mode selector are not stuck or physically damaged. Sticky buttons can cause erratic signals to the PCB.
- 4. If E06 persists after reset and drying, the internal control board or wiring harness is likely faulty. Disassembly of the main body is complex and should be performed by an authorized technician.
