Floor nozzle brushroll does not spin, but suction is present and no error code is shown.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum, remove the battery, and detach the floor nozzle.

• 1. Remove brushroll: Unlock and remove the brush. Clear all hair and debris from the brush and end caps.
• 2. Inspect drive system: Look inside the nozzle for a belt or gear mechanism (varies by model). If the belt is broken or off the pulley, the nozzle assembly may need replacement.
• 3. Check electrical contacts: Inspect the pins where the nozzle connects to the wand. Clean gently and ensure they are not bent.
• 4. Test with another nozzle (if available): If another LG nozzle spins normally, the original nozzle's motor or drive is defective and the nozzle should be replaced.
