Possible Causes
Partially clogged cyclone assembly, Dust bin overfilled, Leaking seals between bin and main body, Blockage in wand or nozzle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning.
- 1. Empty the dust bin: Open and empty the bin, tapping gently to loosen compacted dust.
- 2. Clean filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap out dust and, if allowed, rinse with water and dry completely before reinstalling.
- 3. Check for clogs: Detach the wand and look through it toward a light. Clear any obstructions. Inspect the nozzle neck and bin inlet for blockages.
- 4. Inspect seals: Check rubber gaskets around the bin and cyclone. If torn or deformed, replace the dust bin or seal kit.
- 5. Test suction at the main body: Run the vacuum without the wand or nozzle. If suction is strong at the main body but weak at the floor, the issue is in the wand or nozzle.
