Vacuum leaves fine dust behind on hard floors even though suction seems normal.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before inspecting the nozzle.

• 1. Inspect nozzle underside: Check the rubber squeegee or seal at the rear of the nozzle. If torn, missing, or hardened, it will not capture fine dust effectively.
• 2. Clean nozzle air path: Remove the brushroll and clear dust buildup inside the nozzle housing.
• 3. Use appropriate nozzle: For hard floors, use the LG soft roller or hard floor nozzle if supplied, rather than a deep carpet brush.
• 4. Replace worn nozzle: If seals and bristles are heavily worn, replace the nozzle assembly for optimal pickup.
