Vacuum makes a rattling noise from inside the dust bin area when tilted or moved.

Safety first: Remove the battery before opening the bin.

• 1. Empty bin and inspect: Remove all debris and look for loose plastic pieces or foreign objects.
• 2. Check cyclone assembly: Gently shake the cyclone module. If something rattles inside and is not removable debris, the cyclone may be broken.
• 3. Replace bin/cyclone assembly: If internal parts are loose or broken, replace the entire dust bin/cyclone unit.
