Vacuum produces excessive vibration and rattling when using the floor nozzle.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum, remove the battery, and detach the nozzle.

• 1. Remove brushroll and clean: Clear all debris from the brush and housing.
• 2. Check brush straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface. Replace if it wobbles or appears bent.
• 3. Tighten visible screws: If your nozzle has accessible screws on the housing, gently tighten them to remove play (do not overtighten).
• 4. If vibration persists with a new brushroll, the nozzle motor or housing is likely damaged and the nozzle should be replaced.
