Vacuum will not charge at all; no lights on the battery or vacuum when placed on the stand.

Safety first: Unplug the charger before inspection. Do not attempt to open the battery or charger.

• 1. Test outlet: Confirm the wall outlet works with another device.
• 2. Check adapter LED (if present): If the adapter has an indicator and it is off, the adapter may be dead and should be replaced.
• 3. Try direct battery charging (if supported): Connect the adapter directly to the battery or main body, bypassing the stand.
• 4. Try another compatible LG adapter: If available, test with a known-good adapter.
• 5. If the battery never shows any lights or response, it may be internally failed and should be replaced.
