Possible Causes

Blocked cyclone assembly, Clogged pre‑motor filter, Blocked floor head air path, Failing main suction motor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Switch OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before any cleaning or disassembly.

  • Allow cooling: Let the unit cool for at least 30 minutes. Overheat sensors will reset only after temperature drops.
  • Empty dust bin: Remove the dirt container, empty it completely, and tap out compacted debris from the cyclone shroud.
  • Clean filters: Remove the pre‑motor filter (usually foam or fabric near the dust bin) and the HEPA/post‑motor filter if fitted. Tap gently to remove dust. If they are washable (check Logik manual), rinse under lukewarm water without detergent, squeeze out excess water, and allow to air‑dry for 24 hours before refitting.
  • Check for blockages: Inspect the wand, flexible hose, and floor head air channels for clogs (hair, paper, small toys). Use a straight, non‑sharp object to gently push out obstructions.
  • Inspect motor vents: Ensure the cooling vents around the motor housing are not blocked by dust. Use a soft brush to clean.
  • Test again: Reassemble, reinstall the fully dry filters and battery, then run the vacuum. If E2 returns quickly with clear airflow and clean filters, the main motor’s thermal sensor or windings may be failing and the motor assembly should be replaced.
