Possible Causes

Blocked cyclone air channels, Misfitted dust bin or seals, Faulty airflow/pressure sensor on main PCB, Cracked cyclone housing causing air leak

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before inspecting internal parts.

  • Check dust bin installation: Remove and reinstall the dust container, ensuring it clicks firmly into place and that the rubber seals are seated correctly.
  • Inspect cyclone assembly: Look for dust buildup inside the cyclone cone and mesh shroud. Clean with a soft brush and, if allowed by the manual, rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • Check seals and gaskets: Inspect the rubber O‑rings and foam seals between the bin, cyclone, and motor housing for damage, deformation, or missing pieces. Replace any damaged seals.
  • Look for cracks: Examine the dust bin and cyclone body for hairline cracks that could cause air leaks and confuse the airflow sensor.
  • Reset and test: Reassemble, reinstall the battery, and test. If E7 persists with all seals intact and no leaks, the airflow/pressure sensor on the main PCB may be faulty and the control board may need replacement.
