Possible Causes
Shorted accessory motor (mini turbo brush), Damaged accessory wiring, Blocked accessory brushroll, Faulty accessory detection circuit on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach all accessories.
- Identify faulty accessory: Attach each powered accessory (mini motorized tool, pet brush) one at a time and test. The accessory that triggers F2 is likely faulty.
- Clear accessory brush: On the suspect tool, remove the brushroll cover and clear hair and debris from the brush and end caps.
- Check rotation: Spin the accessory brushroll by hand. If stiff or seized, the bearings may be damaged and the tool should be replaced.
- Inspect connector pins: Look at the electrical contacts on the accessory and wand/handheld for bent or shorted pins. Straighten gently if needed.
- Replace accessory: If F2 recurs with a specific tool even when clean and free, replace that Logik powered accessory. If F2 occurs with all tools, the accessory power circuit on the main PCB may be faulty.
