Possible Causes
Faulty battery level sensing circuit on PCB, Loose sense wire in battery pack, Aged battery with high internal resistance, Firmware calibration issue
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack before inspection.
- Perform full charge cycle: Fully charge the battery until the charger indicates completion, then run the vacuum continuously on normal mode until it stops. Recharge fully again to help recalibrate the battery gauge.
- Inspect battery contacts: Clean the battery and handle contacts to ensure accurate voltage sensing.
- Test with another battery: If available, try a second compatible Logik battery. If the gauge behaves normally, the original pack is likely degraded and should be replaced.
- Replace control PCB: If multiple batteries show the same erratic behavior and F4 persists, the sensing circuit on the main PCB is likely faulty and the board should be replaced.
